About us

Han-Tai has always been in the leading position in the domestic surface treatment industry, and surface treatment is quite extensive, generally including lower technologies such as sandblasting painting, quenching and heat treatment. Our company focuses on high-tech level, including spraying (thermal spray/spray welding/thermal spray/heat spray) and hard facing (hard facing repair/special welding) etc. Due to the rise of environmental protection awareness and the increase in raw materials, the pollution of the electroplating process (Cr6+) and the maintenance cost of equipment in special environment (High temperature and erosion) are considered. In recent years, many industries have adopted spraying technology to replace the original or new products purchasing and become very comment in foreign applications. The main improvement effect includes increase production line speed, quantities, quality, extend equipment using life and cost down repair cost. Except thermal spray and welding, Han-Tai also has precision machining technique include special material turning, grinding, polishing and dynamic balance, etc. Invest a lot research and development funds to develop special processes like SOFC、Vacuum Brazing、Anti-Sticking coating process, composite wear plate and continue improving thermal spray quality.

In August, HAN TAI VIETNAM CO., LTD. construction completed.
2011

In April, the Optoelectronics and Semiconductor become independent. TOCALO & HANTAI TW CO., LTD. was established.
2009

Photoelectric plane purchased G8.5 bench type grinding machine. Hard facing factory purchased 8-meter lathes, 8-meter and 5-meter grinders. In October, the construction of new factory in Guanmiao was completed. In December, the capital increased to NT$200 million.
2006

The capital increased to NT$120 million. In July, signed cooperation contract for the etching equipment Y203 and Al203 spray business with world-class optoelectronic and semiconductor equipment manufacturer. In November, the expansion of the photovoltaic 8.5 generation cleaning plane and anodizing plane was completed.
2005

In September, established “TOCALO & HANTAI CO., LTD.” surface modification company in Guangdong, China with join venture of TOCALO. In October, signed anodizing technology contract with Sankei industry Co., Ltd.
2004

In July, official renamed “Han-Tai Technology Co., Ltd.”, and capital increased to NT$100 million. In October, the expansion of the technology factory plane was completed, and purchase large-scale spraying and cleaning equipment.
2001

Establish a semiconductor spraying and cleaning factory.
2000

In November, passed ISO 9002 certification, becoming the first domestic manufacturer in thermal spray industry obtain certification. In November, passed the assessment of national defense again.
1999

Increased capital to NT$80 million and purchased HVOF equipment, large-scale CNC grinding machines, ZAC treatment furnace, vertical lathes….and other large-scale equipment.
In February, signed a semiconductor and LCD technology and business support contract with TOCALO Japan. In March, signed a technology and business support contract with FUJICO Japan.
1994

In March, officially moved to YI-JIA new factory and run out business with “Han-Tai Co., LTD”. In June, passed the national defense industry assessment.
1993
